Shipping policy

At Sellaids, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience. When purchasing pre-loved items from our platform, please keep in mind that many products may show signs of previous use. We encourage you to thoroughly review all images and product descriptions before making your purchase to avoid any misunderstandings. If you have any doubts, feel free to reach out to our team for clarification prior to purchase.

Domestic Shipping

  • Shipping Charges:
    Shipping costs within India will vary based on the delivery location and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery Timeframe:
    We aim to dispatch all domestic orders within 7 to 10 working days of purchase. Delivery times may vary, but most orders within India will be completed within 15 working days. For the Delhi/NCR region, delivery typically takes 7 to 10 days from the purchase date.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD):
    We offer Cash on Delivery services throughout India. For more assistance or inquiries about COD, please contact our Team at contact@sellaids.com.

Shipping and Import Costs

  • Shipping and Import Costs:
    For international orders, please note that import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in the product price. These additional costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will need to be paid upon order placement. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information on potential fees before placing an order.
  • Delivery Timeframe:
    International orders may take between 20 to 25 working days from the date of dispatch to arrive. We do our best to dispatch orders within 7 to 10 working days of purchase, but delivery times can vary based on the destination country’s customs procedures and postal services.

Return Policy

  • Return Notification:
    In the case of a return or exchange, you must inform our team within 24 hours of delivery. You can contact us in writing at contact@sellaids.com.
  • Return Conditions:
    Items must be returned in the same condition as when they were sent, with all original packaging, tags, or stickers intact. The product must be unused.
    Returns must be shipped within 5 to 7 working days, and all shipping costs (both ways) will be borne by the customer.  For orders above Rs 20,000 – Return has to be informed at the time of delivery, after the product checking.
  • Return Fees and Processing:
    A processing fee of Rs. 1000/- will be deducted from the refund, and the remaining balance will be credited to your account within 15 working days of us receiving the product. If the returned item is not in the condition it was sent in, Sellaids reserves the right to reject the return, and the item will be returned to you at your own expense.
As we understand the nature of preloved products no returns shall be accepted unless the item you received is
1) Not in the same condition mentioned
2) Is a wrong item
3) You find the item fake
In these above situations only Returns has to be informed within 24hrs of delivery along with an unboxing video which is a must otherwise it will be considered as final sale and return request will not be entertained.
Items returned should be in the same condition as when they were sent, with all original packaging, bills,tags etc. otherwise return will not be accepted and shipping costs will be borne by the customer(both ways)

  • Products are sold as-is, and no warranties—whether express or implied—are provided. While we take care to verify the authenticity of every item, we do not offer warranties on performance, functionality or durability.
  •  Unboxing video is must for requesting a return information at contact@sellaids.com should be sent within 24hrs of product delivery.

Departure Times and Potential Delays

  • Order Processing:
    We make every effort to dispatch orders within 7 to 10 days of purchase. However, due to factors outside of our control, such as logistical or customs delays, shipping times may vary. We will keep you informed about any delays that may affect your order.
  • Delays and Delivery Guarantees:
    Domestic orders are typically completed within 15 days, while international orders may take up to 25 days from the date of dispatch. While we work hard to meet these timelines, Sellaids cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays caused by third-party shipping services or customs processing.
